Hi Sue,
a very touching heartfelt creation..I read it once or twice, and it stirred memories in my mind.As usual another on of your contributions that says so much in few words. Thank you for sharing.I have just one advice, ln line two I would use heartbeat instead of beat of the heart.IMO it aids the flow. Hope you don’t mind. Be lucky.

Thank you so much for your comment Peter, it’s very much appreciated, it’s the first one I’ve been able to write in many weeks.
I considered heartbeat but thought it sounded rather middle of the road and I wanted something that caught the attention, to me it does seem to flow, perhaps I am not seeing it quite right though. I’m grateful for your suggestion and I will take another look at it. Sue xxx
We never seem to take notice of what comes natural to the body, yet is very important.
Yet in a heartbeat it can all be gone, like time once it’s gone you can never get it back…Tony
Thank you so much for commenting 🙂 You are quite right but sometimes a certain cherished ( but forever lost ) time that has passed just won’t let go, and breaks in upon the now. And that can bring great sadness with it Sue.
