As Heaven Sees You
A very strange song that arose out of an old Wiccan curse-blessing (the victim sees their true soul in mirrors) from researching family history and uncovering a lineage of white witches!
As Heaven Sees You
To see your soul as Heaven sees you
Could be a blessing
Or a masque hiding feelings
A disguise fooling no-one
You know my heart bleeds for you.
To lose your mind when others need you
Could be a lesson
Like some words losing meaning
Some hard time healing no-one
You need their love to be true.
Sulem vicis vestri visio speculum
Deus ostendo vestri anima veritas
Vestri conscienta veritas!
You know my heart bleeds for you.
To find your voice with hell beneath you
Might be good timing
Like a clown in a circus
Breathing fire – burning someone
You pay your devils their due.
To know your place where friends can’t find you
Should be a warning
To stop all of your scheming
Spend your life finding someone
To help you become someone new!
天は震え
死神が死ぬ
詩の呼吸
To find your song when wisdom leaves you
Each note a sadness
Like the rain in a churchyard
When your prayer reaches no-one
An actor who misses his cue!
To see your soul as Heaven sees you
Could be a blessing
Or a masque hiding feelings
A disguise fooling no-one
You know my heart bleeds for you.
Sulem vicis vestri visio speculum
Deus ostendo vestri anima veritas
Vestri conscienta veritas!
You know my heart bleeds for you.
