two small verses

the open book

the world, an open book
we are unable to read

…

listen

when the rain falls

do not eavesdrop,

enter the conversation;

when the germ strikes

do not underestimate

its weight and size;

when the stars shine

do not overlook,

listen to the silence

a very lovely poem! Only the “virus” is like a red thumb… Don’t want to hear about it anymore…also a virus is weightless…on any level

Yeah, that made it more general as germs can be much more….I kind of like your solution!
„ listen to the silence“ a great fanfare…

Both interesting, though the first is easier to comprehend. With the second, I think the germ is weighted and vast – when it crushes a whole world…maybe? Anyway, I enjoy your short poems friend.
