Broken Keyboard

Being perfect has challenge
when the bough-like keyboard
breaks. The keys scatter, are
put back in alphabetical order
with the numbers at the bottom.
This explains quite well why
my story keeps sticking
to my fingertips.

Repairs are costly, so a lot
gets typed sidewise which goes
to why thoughts frequently appear
upside down or sky cast. Save up
for a new way of mind-editing
is what I say. New batteries
and intervention may or may
not be included.
