Simple style

Yes I have learned
Some lessons,
But at long last
I could completely
Erase my past.

Good riddance
Thank goodness
What a pleasant
Gift this present
Is! I can move on
Now at ease,
Light and fast.

What seemed impossible
Just a while ago
With a simple smile
I found my long lost style;
Walking past my ego,
A diffident debutant,
Or a seasoned CEO
I let the intruder, the horrible
Imposter go.
