A short observational poem

In the space between thoughts were stillness dwells

In that instant where we are nowhere and everywhere

All wisdom that was, is or ever will be is present

To accept it in that timeless space is to understand eternity

Meditation, mediation between mind and matter

Escape the endless chatter, clatter

Of the thought driven want, need, deed

Of the ego’s greed for me, me, me

Therefore, be still, close your eyes and see.
