Acceptance leads to change

Enjoy reading the lines we experience at work, but are perhaps not willing to accept. 

It can take a long while
To realise why
Losers, winners alike
Are not happy at work.

Handful of winners
Win before the losers;
While the latter becomes
Poor performers,
The former turns into loners.

Instead of encouraging
The losers, the sinister
Of an atmosphere
Discourages the winners.

What could have
Been a win-win
Becomes a lose-lose;
Strange, no one wants this
But all unwillingly choose.

With a complete new thinking
From leaders of the trade
We can change the face
Of a new workforce upbringing.
