Wishes reveal on the world poetry day
overjoyed with lines that hum, write and play
reflecting lights of peaceful thoughts
leaving behind hatred and other blots.
Destroying our own world has alas become our passion.
Purity of engaging growth through collective actions
ongoing holistic efforts will bring back the global gumption.
Easing the world from stress and killing
true nature, that of love will emerge from our Being,
resurface prosperity on the ground, scratching all poverties
yearning lines will rewrite on earth, reliving peace and camaraderie.
Days are coming when animosities will be lost; friendship won
accepting differences of all kinds; humans to unite as one.
Yes to life, this wish will show up for sure; wars and weapons will be gone.
