Well, have a long and complicated story and started it as an autobiography on Bebo but got writer's block/memory fogging. People liked it though and kept asking for the next chapter! fools. I have written 'poetry' in my own unacademic style since I was a teenager. Finished my first novel a few years ago as a cathartic excersise. it is a mix of fact and fiction. I try to respond to all read requests and I will avoid platitudes at all costs. I am happy to have the same constructive critique of my own work. Elsewise we don't grow. My son also writes and if I had half his writing ability at his age I would have been so grateful. You will find him as James McFadyen. My daughter too has written some decent poetry but does not see herself as a writer as the poems posted were for her English Literature degree.
