Same here.

I'm playing with The Apostles (apostlebird) but nothing fits.

Saint... getting stoned... that would be St Stephen. No 'bird' link that I can see.

St Etienne... nothing there either.

Interesting...

You might find this revered bird in the Tower of London.

I really thought this would be easy. They're a fairly new American rock band. I found them on Spotify and UT. . . . Sorry Guys!

If you get the band the rest will be a piece of pee-pee.

Then it's probably Saint Raven with Petrified.

They are quite logical when you know the answer.

The number one man has belief but still asks the question.

Maybe one of the several God Only Knows/ Only God Knows Songs?

I dunno where that came from, Tony but it was interesting.

Here's an easy one for you 'folks' to get into:

A jumble of writing instruments and an empty aircraft overhead

Ghost Riders in the sky seems like a good fit for the song but I can't find the approp. artiste (even tho' every person and his/her dog seems to have covered it).

Also. an anagram of pens throws up Spen (DJ) but no relevant song. ?

You are very close to the band name with pens - a jumble of , Tony.  The song is wrong, but again you're on the right track no ghosts though. This isn't a rock band, they're rather more traditional.

Help me out here, Steve.

so close and yet so far away! You have part of their name and part of the song now. The band is quite geometric, "stars" back in the 60/70's and again now
