Good luck Steve I hope you find something soon

Try this:

Bert’s a problem for the oceans these days but he finds everything is awesome in France (plane sailing so to speak)

Maybe someone would like to add a clue. I just found out I'm getting visitors so I won't be able to keep track for a while. Sorry people.

Here's the answer to my clue

Note: par d' grenouilles; par d' viande de cheval; par d' Bretons aux oignons: par d' aisselles: par d' merde

Into the breach....

Great film Director (usually comedic) alone with his instrument.

Quite a puzzler, this one. I take it that the director's name is the same as the band/singer? Is the word 'solo' part of the title?

I had Woody from I am not a band

He did stand up early on.  Woody #$%^& is okay for the musician.  I think Steve knows it as Solo is in the second part.

Yes, a fine performance!
Now, after complaints of being too vague, a recently heard female artist:

A self-accompanying pianist,  Initially singing beautifully - who once belonged to me.

Singer/Song

clue 2: It's not a Love Song as such, about a Waitress who met a, sorry not sad, but happeee end

(I'm no good at this am I! Lol!)

Best to pass on this one, as busy and unfair to hold up the quiz for too long. Take over someone?

An easy one to get things moving: Band -- song  (sorry posted it the wrong way at first but its right now)

Looks like these guys are fond of flashing their bare arse --- Not the first Greek God to head for the moon

Let's see, what have we got...

The group's name must be something to do with 'moon' The title... relating to NASA missions. Mercury was the Earth orbit programme but he was a Roman god anyway. Apollo was a Greek god and the missions were to put a man on the moon. No, I don't think it's a deity.

Might it be The Moons Luna Intro?
