I experimented by opening the photo, saved it on my PC as 'image', went into edit, tilted it by adjusting the 'straightening' and also used the 'flip' and then attached the file here. It works for me, hope it does the trick for you.
By the way, did you identify my 'incognito'?

Have definitely seen that face before but, for the moment, can’t put a name to it.  Will try again tomorrow.
