i will just invite you as an author of blog of mine and you will learn how to post and play with it. not for public. just rearrange post etc.

it's best if you copy text from Word or wordpad instead of copying it from a website as it appears odd

Nice one. That went really well. I am now the proud owner (or manager at least...) of a beautiful new blog.

It wouldn't have been possible if you hadn't worked on your blog's content if you hadn't the brains to understand how it is done.

Although you said you're a dead fish I offered to help because surely a person able to versify the way you do is clever enough to understand the basic steps of blogging.

All I did was design the blog the way you wanted it and think of solutions.

You worked very hard when I came up with the design you liked and the solutions.

It was a joint effort.

I'm not technically minded at all. I needed to make a real effort to understand and carry out what you were saying. So yeah, we both worked hard. And I'm very happy with the result.

the size of the poem is intimidating me, I'd never read it in Greek or any language, I scan such big poems in general.

By the way, Nic, what did you mean by this?

I assume you've read the classics, especially in your own language. If you can read the Iliad and the Odyssey, or Dante's Inferno, why can't you read my poem?

If you want a bigger readership attract more people with smaller poems. There are no intervals here.

this is also a part I like,

The tax you pay flings rockets at Iraqi haberdasheries,

it pulverises coffee-shops in screaming, blood-strewn batteries.

You didn’t give consent for this. Your country’s just a colony.

Was there a referendum? No, there isn’t a democracy.

No socialism, nationalism, nothing to believe in.

The working people’s tongues are ripped out by conniving, thieving,

identical imperial-globalist PC puppet parties.

You’d like to race against this, but you don’t know where the start is.

Not once do you vote Labour. You could never vote Conservative.

All traitors, crooks and paedophiles. You switch off and no further give

a flying badger’s tit about what happens in the Commons

as London empties Cockneys and fills up with bearded omens.

The seeds of World War Three are blowing nicely on the zephyr.

Here come the Islamists. Your country’s fucked. Perhaps forever.

perhaps you need a refrain, you know, say something repetitively to 'make the reader stay longer almost unwillingly ---------> ""ah the refrain oh that's a lovely refrain"" ""oh how much I secretly wanted to read it again, reach the end perhaps by now, hope the end is near? oh no I must go on there's more !! well until the next refrain then I give up if it's not the end I am going to the summit and I am not going to the summit never forget everybody has a Trump in him/her""

what am I saying? what am I saying? Do I need a refrain for what I'm saying? I probably do but it's not a poem and I may not make sense

at all.

no your poem is just a big poem and nothing can be done. it has a particular style but sometimes there is a verbal bastinado lurking in its idea.

and honestly more and more people just want to relax Archie, they have big problems in life, they have been thinking a lot of things. they want to read poets and writers that are sensitive on the matter or on most matters. no more pressure, 'this is safe' kind of feeling.

'I'm going to read a big poem by someone who is very safe'

short poems are nice for sudden aggressive ideas. shocks of truth.

But this is an autobiography. It cannot possibly be short. It is meant as a full representation of my entire experience of life.

You are an intellectual, Nic. You're a cultured woman who has read the classics. You're not some newbie to poetry who just wants to be entertained and has a thirty-second attention span. So I don't understand why you're saying this.

The idea of a refrain does make sense though. These are often used in epic poetry and are particularly common in Irish narrative poetry. For cultural reasons alone, it might be interesting to come up with one.

Whatever I am, it doesn't mean that I must do this or that because of what I am as steadfast as possible. If life makes me inclined to 'safer areas of writing and reading' it is because that's what I need, that's what I can take, otherwise no reading no writing thanks. The older you get the more you see that indeed, life is elsewhere. Where? the older you get the more you see 'where' better be safe enough or you're not interested even in that!

Anyway, if one cares about the future of humanity, one must certainly be able to reach the new generation's heart, win it then imbue it with ideas. A big responsibility that I am certain its echoes will resound in one's afterlife!

So serious, too serious for such a simple life of any unimportant person. I don't want to be entertained, peace of mind that's all anyone should want.

Back to the subject of KGB Tales. Look at this prime example of absolute cuntery:

https://www.abctales.com/forum/thu-2019-04-25-1951/sri-lanka-and-religion-peace

Classic empty "progressivism", no arguments. Not from the initial comment of course, but from the response.

This is why I left KGB Tales. This is why I left England.

This is why I have left Western Europe, and will never return to that vacuous shell of a culture.
