Hey guys. I am currently halfway through my first novel. Having spent several years writing articles for country music/Italian football magazines and websites, I decided it was time I attempted to realise my long-time ambition of writing my first ever novel. My lifelong obsession with all things mafia/mob related mean that it's a crime story about the mob set in my favourite Italian city of Verona. I was wondering if this was a story that many people on here would be interested in reading?

I think you should appreciate that writing fiction is a different skill from reporting. But please post an extract here (in submissions) and I promise I'll give you (and also others will) some sensible feedback, if you are up for it. Welcome! Join the community.

I'm a big fan of the Mafia. The Godfather is among my favourite films. I'll certainly read and comment on anything you post.
