QBall has returned! Good or bad news? Depends on your sense of humour. My writing has ceased due to being committed to ensuring my wife and I continue to enjoy life. Her dementia has not got any worse, but we are kept busy by the constant forgetfulness. I do the cooking and the dishes. Just thought I'd drop in once in a while to say, "Hi!".

Age is creeping on me - I turned 88 on 21st September. Still going for aerobic workouts 3 times weekly and playing table tennis. Definite signs of old age in my physical movements. Hope all the old stalwarts are still supporting UKA and welcome to all the newcomers who have joined this fantastic site.
