Lulu do a nice printing job and there's no up front charge to publish through them. We (the Gold Dust people) use them all the time. Let me know if you need any help with layout or creating the PDF files to their specification. My personal email address is: sirat@davidgardiner.net
Well that's a kind offer David, as it happens we've never published ourselves, so may well take you up on the offer of help. I'm a bit with the fairies most of the time due to my meds, would it be okay if Lesley contacted you? mike.lesley@blueyonder.co.uk

Just a short update on my health for those kind people who continue to ask after me. I'm good at the moment, sleeping patterns are a bit shit though. I don't seem to get more than a few hours a night, need to catch up during the day. My diet is improving, eating mash and corn beef with gravy and mushy peas, stuff like that; small things, but to me very important. Been told it could all go tits up again at any time, maybe not get back that time. Well who knows, even they can't be sure, anyway....fuck them if they can't take a joke HaHa!

Hi Mike
Thanks for the update, and great to know you are continuing to do well. Still thinking of you lots. Mash, corned beef, mushy peas and gravy sounds good to me, mmmm... feel quite hungry now ! Anyway Mike, keep it up.
Love, Val xxx
Thanks for your continued support Val ???
Good to see you back as well, I'm not writing much sadly; brain fade?
Thanks for the kind words.

Hi Mike, it is good to see that you are doing reasonably well. Keep it up.Just got back from seeing my consultant, and from another shot of chemo.I asked him what would happen if I should come out of remission .his reply was that he would prescribe a full cycle of chemo if was fit enough at the time. So as I told him I would start training for the marathon tomorrow. We had a good laugh.Keep it up Mike, love to you and Lesley.
Be lucky,Mike ,thinking of you both a lot, being a fellow sufferer,
