This song has been recorded by many fine people but this one is so filled with passion. It moves me deeply.
I curse those who manipulate wars and use our menfolk as pawns in their demonic game.
I pray for the day people will see the hand behind the manipulated slaughter.

PEACE AND LOVE.

With deep gratitude for all those who fought in both world wars. Many came home and were never the same.

In dedication to my father

John Main Bunker
Chief Petty Officer Royal Navy,

and  the many others who fought to keep us free.

They will be turning in their graves now.

Some of us will keep the baton of freedom burning.

I am my father's daughter.

Thanks for sharing Bro. xx
I was in the supermarket this morning at 11 am, when a message came over the intercom asking everyone to observe 2 minutes silence in remembrance of all those who gave their lives in order to protect our nation.
Everybody stopped where they were...apart from a young guy at a till who looked let's say, of foreign descent.

The people he was serving looked like morons to be frank.
All through the 2 minutes silence his till rang out also his speech. I was incensed at the blatant lack of respect.

It spoke volumes about where this country is heading.

Needless to say, I brought my displeasure up with a supervisor, also of foreign descent as it happens, who was very nice and informed me that all the staff had been advised beforehand to stop all they were doing...... so this was a deliberate act of defiance.

Hi Alison,

first of all let me thank you for sharing this wonderfully moving video with us. I was moved to tears,as it brought back many sad memories for me,even  if I was on the opposing side in the second one of those wars.

As for your experience at the supermarket, I am absolutely incensed, what loutish behaviour.I am of foreign origin, but behaving like in such an insulting manner is absolutely atrocious. He should be glad to be able to live in a democratic country for which many brave men have given their lives, and health, mental and physical.Thank you again Alison,

Best wishes,

Peter xxx

Bless you Peter. All those young German lads were no less victims than ours. Same with the Russians. All just trying to do their best for their country.

All of them someone's son, husband, father. The horror of the slaughter on all sides both in the army but also innocent civilians, makes my heart bleed even although I was not born.

The real enemy was the hidden hand behind everything.

I wanted to wring that twat's neck. No respect for the country he lives in. If anybody cannot respect our dead and maimed (0n BOTH sides) they should sling their hook. GGGrrrrrrr
